How long will it take to ship out my package?

We ship out orders within 1-3 business days. It can take 4-6 business days to deliver domestically in the US, international times will vary.

Where do you ship from?

Shipments are sent out from Hawaii, United States.

Where is my package?

It can take 24-48 hrs for USPS to scan in your package before you see updates with your tracking number, those are not uncommon timeframes. Trust us, we feel the same way with our own packages and appreciate your patience.

Where can I track my package?

You have a few options for this, the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email can be copied and pasted into the USPS site, or use our Track Order button on our site and input your tracking number there. Note that when tracking a package on our site you should not include any spaces within the tracking number. It will fail to find your order if you do.
