Shipping policy
Once the order has shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking numbers. Orders are shipped out within 2-4 Business days including international orders.
For all Mainland U.S you should receive your order within approximately 5-8 business days. For Hawaii residents you should receive within 3-4 business days. All international shipping times will vary. We aim to meet these times but during busy periods (including holidays and/or weather conditions) delivery time may take longer than expected.
Please note that we can not be held liable and ARE NOT liable for any parcels lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier as well as lost or stolen parcels as a result of the mail service themselves.
Once the package is out of merchant (our) hands and into the postal services our duty has been fulfilled. Also, the merchants duty is fulfilled once an order arrives at designated freight forwarder. Please ensure the shipping details provided by you for orders are accurate. We are not liable for any packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by our customers.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email and/or tracking # email, please check that the updates are not in your spam folder.
